Name Your Outfit!
Student Council is sponsoring a "Name Your Outfit Day"!
Students who pay $1.00 will be able to participate on Friday, May 17th.
Clothes must be school board appropriate and school rules will apply for
students out of uniform any other day.
Staple $1.00 to this form and place it in the
Student Council Box located outside the PTA window.
Passes will be sold from Monday, May 13th through Thursday May 16th.
Summer Programs!
The District has launched a new Summer Programs Online Resource, which provides information about summer programs and camps, including academic enrichment programs and school camps. All end of year award ceremonies begin @ 8:30 AM and they will take place in the classroom,
except for 5th grade, which will be in the Cafeteria.
May 28 - 3rd Grade
May 29 - 1st Grade
May 30 - 2nd Grade
June 3 - 4th Grade
June 4 - 5th Gr. (Triguero, Gelthause, Wong)
June 5 - 5th Gr. (Cottam, McFarlane, Nester, DeFilippis)

News from the Cafeteria
In order to ensure that all checks received for meal payments have adequate time to be processed by the bank prior to the end of the 2012-13 school year, effective May 13, 2013, Food & Nutrition Services will not accept checks as payment for student meals for the remainder of this school year. May 10 will be the last day the Cafeteria will be accepting checks this school year, you may still pay in cash or pay online.

Free & Reduce price meals applications
This is a reminder from Broward County Public Schools.
To apply for Free or Reduced Price Meals, complete a meal application ONLINE at www.applyforlunch.com. If you do not have a computer, check for access at your child’s school or go to any public library. If you need assistance in completing the meal application online, call the Food and Nutrition Services Department at 754-321-0250.
Beginning on Thursday, October 4th, only students who have been approved for free or reduced price meals this school year will receive the benefit.
